Three Rivers Quilt Guild

We have approximately 30 members and meet once a month on the 4th Tuesday
night at 7:00 pm. We meet in the Christ Episcopal Church fellowship hall
on Pee Dee Ave., Albemarle, NC. The members make service projects for
organizations in need. The guild has demonstrations or trunk shows at
each of the meetings except July and December. Visitors are always welcome.
We encourage anyone interested in learning about quilting, admiring quilts
or just enjoys mingling with fellow quilters to visit or join our organization.

North Carolina Piedmont Art Quilt Guild

2009 for the purpose of teaching art principles and design elements to
be used with textiles for quilting art quality wall hangings. A master
degree art instructor from the Art Institute of Charlotte lectures for
3 hours four times a year. The remaining eight months are used to learn
the art quilting techniques to produce a work of art. The art work, when
finished, can be sold at an art gallery this guild is networked with.

Piedmont Quilters Guild
