Threads of the Past

Our 2005 NCQSI quilt show,"Threads of the Past", took place at Chowan College on May 19-22, 2005 in historic Murfreesboro, North Carolina. The show was hosted jointly by NCQSI and a trio of guilds know as "The Girls From the East":

  • Colonial Quilt Lovers, Elizabeth City, NC
  • Greenville Quilters, Greenville, NC
  • Pamlico River Quilters, Washington, NC

The following nationally-known instructors were scheduled for this event: Elinor Peace Baily, Barbara Dieges, Nancy Eha, Flavin Glover, Bettina Havig, Gwen Marston, Linda M. Poole, Anita Shakelford, Kristin Steiner, Barbara Vlack, Susan Brittingham, Genny Eckley, Gail Garber, Mischele Hart, Sara Newburg King, Sue Nickels, Jenny Raymond, Lois Smith, Eileen Sullivan, and Cindy Walter.
